On June 22nd, 2018, four additional juveniles were released onto the sanctuary. The turtles pictured in the post are all the offspring of 'Lisa', a mature female Eastern Box Turtle in our study. A big thank you goes out to our
headstarter(s) who helped care for the juvies until the time of release.
The turtles were first weighed, measured and given an ID. This will allow us to be able to identify the specific individual we have found in the future. For more information about our project, please feel free to read about it on our website, www.ebtct.org
